Just Kick It 2-8 Year Olds

just kick it - intro to soccer

We offer three different unique programs to meet the developmental needs of children aged 2-8. See below to find the age bracket that is right for your child.

Our programs are offered in schools, preschools childcare centers and public safe locations. We are flexible and work around the school program.

We’re often a child’s first coach, first mentor and in many cases, their first introduction to sports and social play

MINIONS

2 TO 3 YEAR OLDS

Just Kick it: Mini is a high-energy program introducing children to fundamental soccer principles, such as using your feet, dribbling and the basic rules of the game. Through fun games, songs and positive reinforcement, children will begin to experience the joy of playing soccer and being active

CLASSIC

3 TO 5 YEAR OLDS (PRE-K)

Just Kick It: Classic utilizes creative and imaginative games to focus on basic soccer skills like dribbling, passing and shooting. We also highlight a positive character trait each session such as respect, teamwork and appreciation.

PREMIER

5 TO 8 YEARS OLDS (K-2ND)

Just Kick It: Premier focuses on individual skill, fitness and sportsmanship, providing an opportunity for children to be challenged through fun games and team interaction. Children will also be introduced to competition in a developmentally appropriate manner.

We emphasize fun and the development of a passion for the game all while practicing soccer games and techniques that are proven to take your kids to the next level.

“Before kids can play like a pro, they must enjoy playing the game like a kid.” Thomas Tamale

How Our Soccer Training Programs Work:

Our Training plans are the optimal guide for parent-coaches to aid them in the running of a practice session for children. We offer three different age groups of curriculum to ensure that the practice content is absolutely perfect for the various levels of child development. Each weekly training plan offers a different theme and covers the five main parts of a practice session:

  • Warm-Up activity
  • Stretching program
  • Soccer Skill activity
  • Running activity
  • A Final FUN game.
