Ages: 3-5 years old
When: Saturdays in January 2026
Location: Red Rose Arena – 3549 Hempland Road, Lancaster, PA 17601
Time: 8:30-9:30am
Cost – $100/month (includes required KOSA Jr. shirt) or $90 if you already have a shirt.
What to Expect from KOSA Training
KOSA technical trainings are designed to help every player grow by meeting them exactly where they are. Each session is customized to match the level of the individual athlete—simplifying movements and building confidence for beginners, while incorporating faster, more complex, and higher-paced techniques for advanced players. This approach ensures that every player is challenged appropriately, pushed to improve, and supported with the specific technical work they need to develop at the right speed
